Agreement

By creating an account or using JobeeFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What JobeeFlow is

JobeeFlow is a job application tracking tool. It helps you browse opportunities, track applications, manage resumes and application profiles, and optionally connect Gmail for job-related email tracking. Features may vary by plan (Free / Pro) and by how your instance is configured.

Your account

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion permanently removes your profile and associated data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, scrape, or overload the service beyond normal personal use
• Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security controls
• Use Easy Apply, sync, or automation features in ways that violate employer or ATS terms, or that misrepresent who you are
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content

Third-party services

JobeeFlow may integrate with third parties such as Google (Gmail OAuth), email delivery providers, analytics (when enabled), and AI providers (only when explicitly enabled). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We do not control employer career sites or ATS platforms you apply through.

Availability & changes

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, or operational reasons. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.

Disclaimer

JobeeFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for hiring outcomes, employer decisions, or third-party site behavior. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before a claim (or zero if you use a free plan).
